About the Kriya yoga

In the nineties I was inspired by Kriya Yoga and some friends had invited Sir Marshall Govinden from Canada and we have organised and followed a course in Kriya yoga at a seaside in the south.I was used to recite Kriya Baba ji mantra.And later came Tantra-Guru Swami Nirvikalpanand from India and founded The International Society of Kriya yoga at Belle Rose of which I was the President for some years.I wanted to know the different aspects of Kriya Yoga and followed his principle accordingly as

SINGLE AND SIMPLE KRIYA YOG
Kriya yog=Practice of divine activity to be with the great One.
Practice single yoga daily and enjoy young days.
Sit on your knees and thighs comfortably on the bed itself when you awake in the morning in cold winter or on a cushion of two feet by two and a half feet or larger in size for half an hour in sweating days of summer.
Bend forward in salutation and pronounce the following mantra to pay obeisance to the Lord.This will restore good health,vitality and flexibility if you want to ever enjoy young days.At the same time allow the arousal of your Muladhar Chakra or Terramann Plexus visualising egg-shaped oval reddish light.

Salutation posture is recommended here.
Satnam, Satpurush, Hari Om tat sat.
Om shri Ganeshaye namah.
Om Shiv-Shaktaye namah.
Om sri Gurubhyo namah.

Buddham sharanam gachami.
Dhamam sharanam gachami.
Sangham sharanam gachami.

Raise up the bust from the salutation posture, close your fists and put them facing inwardly on both sides of your body and begin putting the body-weight on each fist at a time thus accumulating the positive energy in both of them for the duration of certain minutes as in other step.
Now lift up your hands and twist your palms facing outwardly then continue weighing your body on each side resting on your palms.
Now, the Buddhist salutation is recommended.

In the next step rest your energitised palms on the pancreas in between the thighs and the pubic area for some minutes.Concentrate on Swadhisthan Chakra or Fluidal Plexus imaging egg-shaped oval vermillion light. Thus prevent or eradicate all diseases including diabetese,constipation and other belly or food disorders.

Slide both palms on navel area or Manipur Chakra or Igneous Plexus with the middle fingers of both hands aligning each other to consolidate health issue as both the middle fingers of the hands and the Manipur Chakra are responsible for the health of the body.Imagine the egg-shaped oval yellow colour of the chakra. Exchange of energy automatically takes place here between the middle fingers and the Manipur Chakra in order to redress the health issue.

Again slide your palms up the heart area or Anahat Chakra or Heart Chakra or Solar Plexus as if you are covering and protecting the heart with the left palm and the right palm is assisting the same activity. Visualise the egg-shaped oval green colour of the chakra. Prevent and cure all cardiac diseases and give solace to your heart whenever you feel any initial pain or the neccessity.

Now move your left palm on the chest in front of you on the Vishudha Chakra or Sidereal Plexus under the frontal neck and place the right palm on the back of the neck. Thus regularise the blood circulation in the brain and all over the head and feel the activation of Vishudha Chakra under your left palm. Always visualise the egg-shaped oval blue colour of the chakra.

At last put the left palm on the Bramha Chakra or the Sahasrar or the seat of conciousness or the extent of pineal gland and the right palm on the Commanding Chakra or Agyan Chakra or in between the eyebrows. Allow the activation of Agyan Chakra and feel it for a couple of minutes while aligning the other chakras by imaging the respective colour of each chakra together with the bijmantras viz_ Lam, Vam, Ram, Yam, Ham, Om, Om.
Now raise your both hands upward keeping on both sides after pronouncing the first Om from the above and continue pronouncing the bij-mantras in order from muladhar to upward chakras visualising the oval colour of each chakra. Keep in mind that the colours of the two Om is bluish white and brilliant white respectively. The vision of a bluish star-shaped light is posible at the Agyan Chakra which is the colour of Shiva or the soul of the person.
It is now recommended to bend forward as in Buddhist salutation.

Put both palms at the rear on the buttocks and lower waist after the salutation posture then put at the middle spot of the waist for a while and lastly rest the palms at the upper part of the waist. Now lock the fingers of both hands while raising both hands upward and while keeping the fingers of both hands interlaced until the face is harshly reddened.

Rest both palms on knees every time untill breathing is completely calmed down after each salutation.
Keep the centre of both palms on the closed eyes for five minutes and fortify eyesight sufficiently so as to allow them for betterment and to enjoy it until last moment.
Finally, Buddhist Salutation is recommeded again here.
