About the Kriya yoga

In the nineties I was inspired by Kriya Yoga and some friends had invited Sir Marshall Govinden from Canada and we have organised and followed a course in Kriya yoga at a seaside in the south.I was used to recite Kriya Baba ji mantra.And later came Tantra-Guru Swami Nirvikalpanand from India and founded The International Society of Kriya yoga at Belle Rose of which I was the President for some years.I wanted to know the different aspects of Kriya Yoga and followed his principle accordingly as I was equally interested in Tantra.

Once I dreamt Agastya Muni and when I related to Guru ji he confirmed the person by the appearance and told me that some time he had attended Agastya Muni Cave and had liked to stay there for meditation or samadhi.At another time with long and loose hair after bath by a waterfall he gave me a mantra against matted hair when I pondered about the beauty of his hair.After years I got the occasion to successfully use the mantra in a delicate way.

And it is this same Agastya Muni who gave me the Kriya Yog when I pondered about the problems of adopting yogasan for good.In childhood my father was speaking about Agastya Muni several times but I did not pay heed to his explanation of spiritual things and today he is wisely rescuing me. Today I assume that he should  nicely be related to Kriya Baba ji as he gave me this Kriya Yoga of ever young days.
